Privacy of Information

Under the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 the following is designated as directory information and may be made public unless the student desires to withhold all or any portion of it.

Directory information includes Student’s name, local address, home address, telephone listing, date and place of birth, major field of study, military service status, religious preference, participation in officially recognized activities and sports, dates of college attendance, degrees and awards received, and the most recent previous educational agency or
institution attended by the student.

Any student wishing to withhold any or all information is required to fill out, in person, the appropriate form, available to undergraduate students at the Registrar’s Office within 10 days after the first day of class.
